Welcome to Flaming Grills website terms and conditions for use.
These apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order through our office or telephone sales agent, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
Amendments
We aim to constantly improve and develop the Flaming Grills website for the benefit of all our customers, to allow this process to take place, we may occasionally:
– Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part of it) with or without notice; and/or
– Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part of it) following such change will – demonstrate your acceptance of such change.
– Alter or extend promotions at any time.
If Flaming Grills is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the website we will attempt to correct them as soon as we reasonably can.
Damage to Your Computer
Flaming Grills makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects.
However, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website won’t affect your computer. Flaming Grills recommends that you purchase the right firewall and antivirus software to use this and other websites and screen out anything that may damage it. Flaming Grills shall not be liable in the very unlikely event that while using this website your computer equipment is damaged.
Accuracy of content
Flaming Grills has taken every care in the preparation of the complete content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and our products have been fairly described. All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. We make every effort to display the Grills as accurately as possible.

With 20 years of experience in designing and making quality products, means you can always have faith in our ability to create your dream grill.
Our production prices are very competitive. We make all our Grills in the UK at our own factory, avoiding expensive imports and the mark ups of middlemen.
Our design and manufacturing expertise make us the UK’s leading company offering quality wood and charcoal grills.
Before you place an order
If you decide you would like to place an order with Flaming Grills by speaking to one of our sales advisors, please have the following information ready as it will help us process your order, however, we will be delighted to answer any queries you may have. Here are some of the most common questions for you to consider:
Can access be gained easily for the Grill to be delivered? – are the doors wide enough, are there any awkward stairs, lifts or passageways?
– Will the Grill fit in the kitchen/inside or outside space?
– Are you interested in bespoke Grill option?
– Do you require a Grill cover?
– How would you like to pay for your Grill?
– Deposits are non refundable in the event of cancellation. This is to cover, staff, packing crating costs, and transport costs.
Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order
All the Grills that Flaming Grills make and sells are handmade. As a British manufacturer we pride ourselves on being able to make Grills that are perfect for your enjoyment and use.
If you place an order with Flaming Grills Direct, we will normally send all your paperwork by email and sometimes by post.
It is important that you appreciate and understand that this order is a legally binding contract. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Processing your order and delivery dates
You will be informed of the likely approximate length of time until delivery at the point of your order. Once your order is confirmed as available for delivery/shipping and your deposit is paid, we will process your order the same day. We are unable to store your Grill unless by prior written request and agreement. Every effort is made to see that the approximate delivery date is accurate, but on rare occasions your Grill may be delayed through circumstances beyond our control. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.
If you choose to pay by our 12 months interest free credit option the approximate delivery time will start once we have received your signed finance documents and sales contract, so please, return this paperwork as soon as possible.
Delivery and Installation
Should you require our delivery and installation service for deliveries delivered in mainland UK and Northern Ireland, please make this clear when placing your order.
Flaming Grills can deliver and fully install your Grill in Uk and Europe. For a personal quote, please contact us to speak to a sales agent or leave your details and we will call you back. For Grills delivered to the EU or other countries. Flaming Grills will arrange shipping, delivery for you.
[a] Delivery dates are an indication of Endeavour to comply, but are not guaranteed and are not of the essence of any contract.
RISK
[b] Risk in goods passes to the customer on delivery; thereafter the customer shall affect all reasonable insurance.
Export / Import
[a] Contract is subject to our obtaining any necessary export permissions.
[b] Customer is bound to obtain all necessary import permissions, failing which customer is in breach.
[c] Prices exclude import duties, taxes, landing, warehousing etc, unless otherwise stated. (i) Unless otherwise stated, full balance of payment is required before dispatch.
On Delivery
On the day of delivery, ( for uk only), please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the kitchen, or outside area that the Grill is going into. Please make sure that the area you want the Grill placed is clear. Our delivery team will unpack your Grill, and install it in the location of your choice we will remove all packing materials from your work or home. To make sure you are completely satisfied with your Grill the delivery team will ask you to sign for your Grill after it has been delivered and installed. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the product using the user manual provided, failure to do so will invalidate return warranty.
Payment
Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, debit and credit cards,
Payments can also be made electronically by bank transfer, BACS, account details can be found on your order form and your invoice.
Outstanding Balances
Before we deliver your Grill, you must either have settled any outstanding balance or have an Interest free credit repayment contract in place. Payment cannot be taken on delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are no refundable. You are the owner of the Grill once it has been shipped to you.

If we fail to resolve your interest free credit complaint you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service and their website address is www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your grill.
Please contact us direct or the sales agent who you placed your order with. We will be able to help to resolve any issue you might have.
If out agent fails to resolve the problem to your satisfaction and you would like to speak to somebody else about it, please email us at info@flaminggrills.com
If you remain unhappy after following the process set out above, you may wish to refer it to the Ombudsman who is an independent organisation that provides Alternative Dispute Resolution services. We will write to you with their contact details or you can email them direct.
Intellectual property
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times with us or licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by Flaming Grills. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
Law
This agreement shall be made and take effects as contract made in England and in accordance with the laws of England and the customer hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the High Court of Justice in England.
Dealers and Distributors are not agents of Flaming Grills, and have absolutely no authority to bind Flaming Grills by any expressed or implied undertaking or representation
Miscellaneous provisions
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract. Our grills are manufactured on the basis that they will be used for both domestic and commercial use. If you are planning to use them for any commercial purposes please make sure that you are covered by the appropriate insurance. Our maximum liability to business users arising out of or in connection with the products shall be limited to the replacement value of the product in question. We do not accept liability for loss of use of the item nor any loss over and above the cost of the item in the event of a claim for breach of warranty or condition. All our grills are suitable for general and commercial use only. For personal or commercial use, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for safety standards or compliance unless you have requested, in writing, a specific grill for use in that environment and we have supplied the relevant user safety guide.
Flaming Grills (and its third party couriers) shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions or any related order for products to any third party.
If any portion of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity or enforceability of the other sections of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you should contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If you wish to return a grill to us you must call and we will advise of the return address depending on the return issue at your own cost and risk.
All Flaming Grills are custom or made to order unless otherwise stated when ordering. If you return an item that is faulty that is later tested and found to not be faulty you will be responsible for arranging and paying for collection.
When returning an item please ensure it is securely packaged in the original packaging and complete with any accessories you received with it.

Flaming Grills is constantly seeking ways to improve the specification, design and production of its grills and alterations take place continually. While every effort is made to produce up-to- date literature, our brochures should not be regarded as an infallible guide to current specifications, nor do they constitute an offer for the sale of any particular item.
We want your purchase experience with Flaming Grills to be excellent so if you have any queries or need any information please contact us.
If you use any 3rd party service then your contract to return items is taken out with the company used and it is their and your responsibility to return the grill to us.
