Damage to Your Computer
Flaming Grills makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects.
However, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website won’t affect your computer. Flaming Grills recommends that you purchase the right firewall and antivirus software to use this and other websites and screen out anything that may damage it. Flaming Grills shall not be liable in the very unlikely event that while using this website your computer equipment is damaged.
Accuracy of content
Flaming Grills has taken every care in the preparation of the complete content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and our products have been fairly described. All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. We make every effort to display the Grills as accurately as possible.
With 14 years of experience in designing and making quality products, means you can always have faith in our ability to create your dream grill.
Our standard production prices are very competitive. We make all our Grills in the UK at our own factory, avoiding expensive imports from the USA, and the mark ups of middlemen.

Before you place an order
If you decide you would like to place an order with Flaming Grills by speaking to one of our sales advisors, please have the following information ready as it will help us process your order, however, we will be delighted to answer any queries you may have. Here are some of the most common questions for you to consider:
Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order
All the Grills that Flaming Grills make and sells are handmade. As a British manufacturer we pride ourselves on being able to make Grills that are perfect for your enjoyment and use.
If you place an order with Flaming Grills Direct, we will normally send all your paperwork by email and sometimes by post to arrive within 3 working days.
It is important that you appreciate and understand that this order is a legally binding contract. Your statutory rights, including any cancellation rights, are unaffected.
Processing your order and delivery dates
You will be informed of the likely approximate length of time until delivery at the point of your order. Once your order is confirmed as available for delivery we will contact you to agree definite arrangements for the date of delivery. All Flaming Grills deliveries are by white globe service unless otherwise stated or requested. We are unable to store your Grill unless by prior written request and agreement. Every effort is made to see that the approximate delivery date is accurate, but on rare occasions the manufacture of your Grill may be delayed through circumstances beyond our control. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.
If you choose to pay by our 12 months interest free credit option the approximate delivery time will start once we have received your signed finance documents and sales contract, so please, return this paperwork as soon as possible.
Delivery and Installation
Should you require our delivery and installation service for deliveries delivered in mainland UK and Northern Ireland, please make this clear when placing your order.
Flaming Grills can deliver and fully install your Grill in Europe also. For a personal quote, please call +44(0)1723 364786 to speak to a sales agent or leave your details and we will call you back. For Grills delivered to EU Member States, Flaming Grills will arrange delivery and complete installation for you with one of our trusted third party delivery and installation providers.
[a] Delivery dates are an indication of Endeavour to comply, but are not guaranteed and are not of the essence of any contract.
[b] Risk in goods passes to the customer on delivery; thereafter the customer shall affect all reasonable insurance.
Export / Import
[a] Contract is subject to our obtaining any necessary export permissions.
[b] Customer is bound to obtain all necessary import permissions, failing which customer is in breach.
[c] Prices exclude import duties, taxes, landing, warehousing etc, unless otherwise stated. (i) Unless otherwise stated, irrevocable letter of credit confirmed in UK payable at sight requiring presentation of shipping documents is required before dispatch.
On the day of delivery, please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the kitchen, or outside area that the Grill is going into. Please make sure that the area you want the Grill placed is clear. Our delivery team will unpack your Grill, and install it in the location of your choice we will remove all packing materials from your work or home. To make sure you are completely satisfied with your Grill the delivery team will ask you to sign for your Grill after it has been delivered and installed. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the product using the user manual provided, failure to do so will invalidate return warranty.
Payment methods include all Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect or Maestro, debit and credit cards,
Payments can also be made electronically by bank transfer, BACS, account details can be found on your order form and your invoice.
Before we deliver your Grill, you must either have settled any outstanding balance or have an Interest free credit repayment contract in place. Payment cannot be taken on delivery.
Consumer Contract regulations only apply to your Grill order if the goods have not been custom made to your specification or if you have not examined the product. If the Consumer Contract Regulations do apply you can cancel your Grill order by notifying us, in writing, before delivery or within 14 working days beginning with the day after the date of delivery. Should you wish to return the goods it is your responsibility to take good care of the Grill. You are the owner of the Grill once it has been delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage. Failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you. To minimise the risk of any such claim we ask that you return the grill in appropriate packaging so as to prevent damage in transit. It is your responsibility to return the grill direct the sales or us the sales agent in a good condition. However Flaming Grills recognise that some customers may not have the means to do this, and so will arrange collection during normal business hours (Monday to Friday) if requested. In such circumstances a charge of up to 10% of the price of the grill will be made to cover the cost of collecting the grill. This charge will be calculated according to the availability of our white glove couriers, your location and any complexity of removal.
Following cancellation of your order any monies paid will be refunded by the method you used to pay us and usually within 7 days.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your grill
Please contact us direct or the sales agent who you placed your order with. We will be able to help and if necessary be able to use our installation team to resolve any issue you might have.

If you remain unhappy after following the process set out above, you may wish to refer it to the Ombudsman who is an independent organisation that provides Alternative Dispute Resolution services. We will write to you with their contact details or you can email them direct.
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times with us or licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by Flaming Grills. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
This agreement shall be made and take effects as contract made in England and in accordance with the laws of England and the customer hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the High Court of Justice in England.
Dealers and Distributors are not agents of Flaming Grills, and have absolutely no authority to bind Flaming Grills by any expressed or implied undertaking or representation
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract. Our grills are manufactured on the basis that they will be used for both domestic and commercial use. If you are planning to use them for any commercial purposes please make sure that you are covered by the appropriate insurance. Our maximum liability to business users arising out of or in connection with the products shall be limited to the replacement value of the product in question (except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or in respect of fraud). We do not accept liability for loss of use of the item nor any loss over and above the cost of the item in the event of a claim for breach of warranty or condition. All our grills are suitable for general and commercial use only. For personal or commercial use, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for safety standards or compliance unless you have requested, in writing, a specific grill for use in that environment and we have supplied the relevant user safety guide.
Flaming Grills (and its third party couriers) shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions or any related order for products to any third party.
If any portion of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity or enforceability of the other sections of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
Returns & cancelation Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its 100% original unused condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the grill. If you wish to return a grill to us you must call and we will advise of the return address depending on the return issue at your own cost and risk. We will be unable to issue refunds for items that we do not receive.
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of receiving your purchase. This fourteen-day period begins the day after you receive the grill from us. Please notify us in writing or via email within fourteen working days that you wish to cancel your order
and that you intend to return the grill and we will be happy to offer you a full refund on the cost of the grill.
All Flaming Grills are made to order unless otherwise stated when ordering. If you return an item that is faulty that is later tested and found to not be faulty you will be responsible for arranging and paying for collection.
When returning a faulty item please ensure it is securely packaged in the original packaging and complete with any accessories you received with it.
We are unable to exchange grills that are not damaged, defective.
In the event of us sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to us within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the grill within 30 days of receiving the replacement item.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
